卜祥志，男，出生于1985年，国际特级大师，最新国际等级分2721，中国国家队、山东国象队队员，现效力于青岛城阳国际象棋队。12岁获世界青少年赛分龄组冠军，13岁10个月时成为当时世界最年轻的男子国象特级大师；首届世界智运会夺男子个人和团体两枚金牌，广州亚运会夺男子个人铜牌和团体冠军；作为中国队主力夺世界奥赛、世界团体赛冠军，并在2017世锦赛上击败现役棋王卡尔森；等级分曾长期占据中国男子国际象棋头把交椅。
